
Introducing Fresh Central
Since 2007, Fresh Central has been working alongside its farmers, field managers, teams and food safety and quality control people to bring grocery retailers, wholesalers, distributors and food processors the most nutritious produce available. We focus on the soil first, we then work with our agronomists to grow vegetables with the least amount of intervention while adhering to the highest standards in farming available.
We grow a variety of vegetables year round from the regions of Michoacán, Aguascalientes and Guanajuato in Mexico. We have cold storage and food processing facilities in Leon, Mexico and our exporting facilities in the USA are in the biggest port of entry hub, McAllen and Pharr Texas.
